The EnGenius Neutron Series of wireless management products can be mixed and matched to create ideal wireless connectivity solutions for hotels, resorts, high schools, universities, corporate campuses, sports stadiums and arenas and for other companies and organizations.

This is a scalable solution for operations that occupy large properties and that need to deploy, monitor, and manage numerous EnGenius EWS Wireless Access Points from one simple and accessible browser-based software platform. EWS Switches can support any small number of EWS Wireless Access Points to several hundred depending on the number of EWS Switches in the network.

802.11n brings faster connection speed on your WLAN for the performance required
The EWS210AP is a 802.11n PoE Access Point ideal for any IT manager to create or expand the capacity of their current wireless network. With transfer rates of up to 300Mbps in 2.4GHz, users are able to connect with legacy 802.11b/g adapters as well as the latest 802.11n adapters to enjoy faster wireless connections to accommodate traffic hungry applications such as multimedia streaming.

Enhanced Signal Strength to Further Extend WLAN Coverage
Equipped with antennas designed for high power radio, the EWS210AP has been enhanced to provide higher signal strength and sensitivity; this will assist to reduce dead spots in your deployed WLAN and boost received signal quality on both ends of AP and wireless client devices.

Configuration and Management with Ease
EWS-series managed AP is designed to work with EWS-series Wireless Management Switch as part of EnGenius’ integrated WLAN management solution, providing intuitive web-based configuration, management, and advanced wireless features such as fast handover, fast roaming, and band steering. The AP is self-discovered by EWS management switch on your WLAN without extra efforts; once added into managed device list, WLAN administrator can easily use individual or cluster settings to fast deploy numbers of AP with desired settings, saving repetitive configuration tasks. Other than intuitive device management, this integrated solution provides map-view UI on EWS switch for AP placement visualization with built-in troubleshooting tools to perform diagnosis upon error occurred.

802.3at-compliant Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) for Alternative Power Sourcing
EWS210AP can be powered by enclosed power adapter or off-the-shelf 802.3af/at-compliant PoE switches, solving common power sourcing issue in the field where devices are usually placed at drop-ceiling or mounted on walls. With PoE power management from EWS management switch, AP device power budget and consumption can be instantly  configured and monitored.

Flexible Bandwidth Management and Enterprise-Class WLAN Security for Versatile Applications
EWS210AP offers 8 SSIDs  and each SSID can have its own bandwidth and WLAN security settings, enabling various applications running over WLAN with different levels of security strength and bandwidth limit. Regarding the user mobility, PMKSA caching will facilitate fast roaming upon handoff so remaining 4-way handshake can complete key exchange within association process in reduced time interval. In addition, Guest Network feature also allocates a separate network segment for guest access within deployed WLAN so access attempts on internal networks can be restricted.

E-mail Alert and Syslog Notification
EWS210AP offers network monitoring tools for WLAN administrators to stay informed upon configuration change or network errors.
NEUTRON SERIES MANAGED ACCESS POINT
Can be configured, managed and monitored with several Neutron Series Access Points from the browser-based interface of one Neutron Series Wireless Management PoE+ Switch. After a Neutron Series Layer PoE+ Switch discovers the EWS310AP it can be "added" and set to be "managed" by the Switch. The Neutron Wireless Management solution supports bulk firmware upgrades and other features that can be set and managed across deployed Neutron Series Access Points simultaneously.

Up to 300 Mbps on each of the 2.4 and 5 GHz frequency bands for faster file transfers and smoother video streaming.

DUAL BAND FOR EXPANDED USER CAPACITY
802.11n concurrent Dual-band operation in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Can support up to 100+ users.

HIGH POWER, LONG-RANGE, MULTIPLE FLOOR PENETRATION
Up to 29 dBm on the 2.4 GHz band and up to 26 dBm on the 5 GHz band provides more than twice the wireless coverage over mainstream competitors and enables the wireless signal to penetrate floors, ceilings, and walls for greater device connectivity. Internal MIMO antenna array provides better reception and performance as clients change their orientation.

SSID-to-VLAN Tagging
Can be configured to broadcast up to 16 SSIDs (8 SSIDs per frequency band). Each SSID can be tagged to a specified network VLAN for different user access tiers based on established access rights.
